I found a paper which is about repairing medial orbital fractrue using nasal-septum with endoscopic approch. The therapy result was excellent. But in our experience, We failed.

We present the experience of the Ear, Nose, and Throat Department of Santa Casa de Misericórdia de Curitiba and Hospital Universitário Cajuru PUC-PR in the transnasal endoscopic approach to medial orbital blowout fractures using nasal septum grafts.
