This afternoon consulting room came an eye injured patient. Bamboo hit leading to left eye bleeding and pain for five hours, while there was photophobia, lacrimation. Signs: the left eye conjunctival hyperemia, the scattered of yellow wood-like foreign body under the temporal side of conjunctiva, temporal corneal splitting between layers, anterior chamber deposit, Tyndal (+), pupil diameter of 4mm, no light reaction, fundus no obvious abnormalities.
