Which vitamins are most required for eye?

As we know, there dozens of vitamins we need in daily life activities. But A, D, E, K are the Fat-Soluble Vitamins.

Remember: vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B12 and vitamin C are the most required for eye. Vitamin A is need by cone cells and rod cells in retina to act chemical reactions in order to distinguish the day and night vision. Vitamin B1 and vitamin B12 are need by optic nerve. For most ocular trauma, I always dose these two kinds of vitamins to them. Vitamin C is always used in corneal diseases, such as thermal burns and chemical burns. Vitamin A and vitamin C which can be found in orange or red color fruits like Carrot, Orange, Tomato and etc. But don’t eat too much. Excessive dose would cause toxication to kidney and liver.
